Sr. QA Lead Dallas, TX - Remote Contract Exp: 10+ yrs Job Description: As a Test Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for utilizing quality processes, automation tools, and methodologies to transform testing products and solutions. Your day-to-day activities will involve running an end-to-end quality engineering function with a focus on automation to enhance control, accuracy, and integrity. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively. You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions while providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across various teams. Expert proficiency in Playwright is required. Advanced proficiency in Cypress.io Testing Framework is recommended. Design and implement automated test scripts to ensure high-quality software delivery. Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify testing requirements and develop comprehensive test plans. Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to improve product quality.
