About the Role
We are building a startup software development agency from the ground up and looking for a driven Software Engineer to join as part of the founding team. This is an ownership-based opportunity for someone who wants to help build products, systems, and the company itself from an early stage.
Requirements
• Strong experience with React and Python (mandatory)
• Solid understanding of full-stack web development
• Experience working with APIs, databases, and modern development tools
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Startup mindset with willingness to take ownership
Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain scalable web applications
• Build frontend interfaces using React
• Develop backend systems and APIs using Python
• Collaborate on product architecture and technical decisions
• Contribute to improving workflows, systems, and development processes
