Responsibilities • Develop and execute integrated marketing communication plans that align with overall business objectives. • Create engaging content for digital channels including websites, social media platforms, email campaigns, and print advertising. • Manage social media marketing efforts to increase brand visibility and engagement across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms. • Optimize content for SEO to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic using tools like Google Analytics and marketing automation software. • Coordinate advertising sales initiatives and collaborate with product management teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels. • Design visually appealing materials using Adobe Creative Suite and maintain website content on WordPress, including HTML updates when necessary. • Conduct research to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitive insights to refine communication strategies. • Monitor campaign performance through analytics tools, adjusting tactics to enhance performance marketing efforts and achieve KPIs. • Support e-commerce initiatives by crafting compelling product descriptions and promotional content that boost online sales. • Assist in budgeting for marketing projects while ensuring efficient allocation of resources across print, digital, and social media advertising. Qualifications • Proven experience in digital marketing, content marketing, or related roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns. • Proficiency in SEO best practices, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, and marketing automation platforms. • Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for creating visual content; familiarity with WordPress and HTML is a plus. • Strong copywriting abilities with a talent for crafting clear, persuasive messages tailored to diverse audiences. • Knowledge of B2B marketing strategies and performance marketing techniques to optimize lead generation efforts. • Experience managing multichannel marketing campaigns across social media, email marketing, print advertising, and e-commerce platforms. • Excellent research skills to analyze market trends and consumer insights that inform communication strategies. • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including sales, product management, and creative departments while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
