Information Technology Recruiter

We are hiring an Agency Recruiter to support continued growth across our IT and Professional Services divisions. This is not a cutthroat agency environment. While the role is fully remote, candidates must be local to the DFW area and available for networking events, in-office trainings, and client visits. What You’ll Be Doing: • Manage full-cycle recruiting for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire roles • Support openings across IT and Professional Services (Accounting, Finance, HR, Legal, Marketing, Operations, MBO) • Source, screen, and interview candidates using multiple channels • Conduct video interviews and candidate evaluations • Submit qualified candidates and manage active pipelines • Maintain accurate activity, candidate data, and documentation in Loxo (ATS) • Partner closely with Business Development to deliver high-quality results for clients Performance Expectations / KPIs: • Candidate video screens • Submit 12–15 qualified candidates per week • Consistent pipeline activity and communication Required Qualifications: • Prior experience in agency recruiting • Experience with full-cycle recruiting in contract and direct hire models • Comfortable working in a KPI-driven environment • Strong communication, organization, and time management skills • Ability to work remotely while staying highly responsive • Must be local to the DFW area Preferred Qualifications: • Experience recruiting in IT or Professional Services • Familiarity with Loxo or similar ATS platforms • Strong relationship-building skills with candidates and clients NextStep Recruiting provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants regardless of race, color, or applicable state and local laws governing nondiscrimination in employment in every location where the company has facilities.
