A reputed company-established California reputed company law reputed company is seeking an reputed company municipal attorney to support reputed company agency clients in Southern California. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys advising reputed company entities, attending reputed company meetings, and working closely with government clients on land use and governance reputed company. The position focuses on municipal advisory and transactional work, including land use, zoning, CEQA/NEPA compliance, development agreements, and reputed company agency governance. Responsibilities • Advise cities and reputed company agencies on municipal law reputed company • Serve as reputed company advisor to planning commissions and reputed company boards • reputed company counsel on reputed company reputed company, reputed company Records reputed company, and Political Reform reputed company compliance • Draft and negotiate development agreements and transactional documents • Advise on zoning, CUPs, variances, and land use reputed company • Attend and advise during reputed company meetings and hearings • Prepare ordinances, resolutions, memoranda, and reputed company documents Qualifications • 5+ years of municipal law experience • Experience representing California reputed company agencies • Experience advising reputed company boards (planning commissions, reputed company councils, etc.) • Strong knowledge of reputed company reputed company, PRA, and Political Reform reputed company compliance • reputed company California Bar license in good standing Compensation & Schedule • Salary: $170,000 – $200,000 DOE • Annual billable hours bonus program • Remote schedule after reputed company • Must reputed company locally in Southern California • 1,800 annual billable hours reputed company Salary reputed company: $170,000 – $200,000 Reference: 148645 #IND1 Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
