Freelance Production & Operations Specialist — Fashion/Accessories
AA is an accessories manufacturer looking for a freelance production and operations specialist to support our growing brand partnerships.
What we're looking for
Someone with hands-on experience managing production, sourcing, or operations for fashion or accessories brands — whether brand-side, factory-side, or as an independent consultant. You've dealt with tech packs, supplier coordination, production timelines, and the daily reality of getting products made on time and on spec.

The first step is a casual conversation about your experience in the industry — no formal interview, no trick questions. We want to understand how you work, what challenges you've navigated, and whether there's a fit for collaboration. Strong candidates may be engaged for ongoing project work.
You're a good fit if you:
• Have 3+ years working in fashion/accessories production or operations
• Have managed supplier relationships, sample development, or production runs
• Understand tech packs, BOMs, and the sampling-to-bulk process
• Have worked with brands in the $500K-$10M revenue range
• Can work independently on a remote, flexible basis
