Logistics Community Manager (Fully Remote)

Company Description Supply Chaney is a creative, connected supply chain media and events brand built on real relationships and authentic industry content. Through the Supply Chain Social Club, Warehousing After Dark, and a growing creator network, we bring together operators, thought leaders, and innovators across the supply chain world — online and in person. Role Description We're building a network of part-time Content & Community Contributors who know how to build an audience, spark conversations, and keep a community engaged. This network is open to content creators, digital marketers, community managers, and marketing professionals who are passionate about the supply chain industry and want to be part of something being built from the ground up. If you have a point of view on where the industry is headed and know how to communicate it — through content, community, or digital marketing — we'd love to hear from you. What contributors do: • Create and publish content across LinkedIn and other platforms that reflects the Supply Chaney brand — real, punchy, and human • Help grow and engage an active online community of supply chain professionals • Support community moderation and management across platforms (experience with Circle is a plus) • Show up consistently — engaging, commenting, and building relationships on behalf of the brand • Support promotion for virtual and in-person events including Supply Chain Social Club and Warehousing After Dark • Contribute ideas for content strategy, community initiatives, and audience growth What we're looking for: • Experience in content creation, digital marketing, community management, or a related field • A genuine interest or background in supply chain, logistics, warehousing, or an adjacent industry • Strong written communication skills with a conversational, non-corporate voice • Comfort showing up on LinkedIn and engaging authentically with an industry audience • Self-starter mindset — contributor roles at Supply Chaney are flexible, which means they require real ownership Nice to have: • An existing network of supply chain professionals • Experience managing online communities (Circle, Slack, Discord, or similar) • Familiarity with tools like Luma, LinkedIn Events, or social analytics platforms • Experience with video, short-form content, or podcast production A note on our process: We review applications on a rolling basis and reach out as opportunities open up within our contributor network.
