Essential Job Responsibilities: • Independently provides reputed company nursing services over the telephone for reputed company patient and reputed company care. Accurately documents symptoms/condition, assessment, advice provided, and patient/caller response. Follows policies, procedures, protocols to ensure consistency and improve reputed company and ensure satisfaction of clients and staff. • Follows up on situations representing higher risk or need from the family or staff. • Analyzes data, trends, and develops solutions to improve services and reputed company. Design workflows, reputed company plans and implement actions.
