If you're ready for a role that challenges you and moves your career forward, we’re currently partnering with leading organizations to fill the following opportunity: Our nationwide Financial Services customer is seeking an experienced Mortgage BSA with strong Encompass knowledge. This role is focused on supporting a large-scale mortgage lending data integration initiative centered around Encompass. The ideal candidate will serve as a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) responsible for leading complex data mapping and loan data consolidation efforts across multiple acquired lending platforms. This individual will play a key role in analyzing legacy loan data structures, validating migration requirements, and ensuring accurate integration into Encompass environments. The position requires someone who is highly independent, detail-oriented, and experienced working within fast-paced, acquisition-driven organizations with minimal oversight. Description: • Support a fast-moving data mapping initiative across multiple acquired mortgage lending systems. • Analyze, document, and validate complex loan data mappings between legacy platforms and Encompass environments • Lead large-scale loan data consolidation efforts involving 1M–2M+ loan records across acquisition-driven environments • Partner with business, operations, and technical teams to define data transformation logic and integration requirements • Perform data validation, gap analysis, and quality assurance to ensure accurate migration and reporting consistency • Work independently in highly dynamic environments with minimal oversight and aggressive project timelines • Support integration efforts between Encompass and other lending or enterprise systems Requirements: • Strong experience working with Encompass and mortgage lending / loan origination systems • Proven background in large-scale data mapping, data migration, and system integration projects • Experience consolidating and validating high-volume loan datasets (1M–2M+ records preferred) • Strong understanding of mortgage loan lifecycle, lending operations, and loan data structures • Ability to work independently and drive deliverables with minimal supervision • Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Comfortable operating in acquisition-heavy or rapidly changing business environments • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Immediate availability preferred CGS Business Solutions is a nationally recognized leader in IT staffing and consulting, delivering top-tier talent across Applications, Cloud & Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Data & AI, and Engineering.
