Remote Lead Electrical Engineer

Key responsibilities include conceptualizing new designs, creating detailed schematics and layouts, performing simulations and analyses, and validating prototypes. Qualifications: Master's or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering. 10+ years of progressive experience in electrical engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Proven experience in designing and developing complex electrical systems. Expertise in circuit design, microcontrollers, FPGAs, and power electronics. Proficiency in simulation tools (e.g., SPICE, MATLAB/Simulink) and CAD software. Strong understanding of industry standards and best practices in electrical engineering. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills. Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor engineering teams. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly. Experience working in a remote, collaborative environment.
