About Us AskArthur.ai is building the AI communication and operations layer for restaurants. Our multilingual voice and messaging agents handle phone orders, reservations, and customer inquiries — fully integrated with platforms like OpenTable, Deliverect, and leading POS systems. We help restaurants capture missed revenue, reduce labor strain, and operate more efficiently. Our team brings deep experience across food, fintech, and SaaS — including Rocket Internet–backed food delivery, scaling a leading U.S. food marketplace, building and exiting an e-commerce platform to a major POS company, and leadership experience at JPMorgan Chase and Stripe. The Role We’re hiring a driven, organized, and tech-savvy Sales Development Representative (SDR) to scale outbound sales and partnerships. You’ll identify, engage, and qualify restaurant operators and multi-location groups — booking high-quality demos and driving pipeline growth. This is a high-impact role with direct exposure to founders, partners, and enterprise clients. • *What You'll Do"* Outbound Sales: -Prospect restaurant operators, franchises, and hospitality groups -Execute multi-channel outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn, SMS) -Build and optimize outbound sequences -Research accounts and personalize outreach at scale Pipeline Management -Book qualified demos and help move deals forward -Maintain clean CRM and pipeline hygiene -Track and optimize key metrics (meetings booked, conversion rates, response rates) What We’re Looking For -1+ year of SDR/BDR, sales, or customer acquisition experience (B2B SaaS preferred) -Strong written and verbal communication skills -Comfortable with high-volume outbound activity -Highly organized and metrics-driven -Coachable, resilient, and self-motivated Preferred -Experience selling to restaurants, retail, or SMBs -Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Outreach, etc. -Background in vertical SaaS, fintech, or hospitality tech -Experience in a startup or high-growth environment -What Success Looks Like (First 6 Months) -Book 20–25+ qualified demos per month -Close 4–6 deals per month (first 60 days) -Build a consistent outbound engine in assigned territory Nice to Have: • Based in major North American City (US, Canada and Mexico) • Multilingual (Spanish, Mandarin, French, Hindi, etc.) Compensation & Benefits -Uncapped commission -Performance bonuses -Direct access to founders and executive team -Clear path to AE, Partnerships, or Sales Leadership Why Join AskArthur.ai? -Sell a product with clear ROI and strong market demand -Be part of a fast-growing AI + hospitality company -Real ownership and influence over growth strategy -Accelerated career growth in an emerging category If you want to build something meaningful in AI + hospitality — and grow fast while doing it — we’d love to meet you.
