At arenaflex, the sky is the limit! **Responsibilities** As a Teleperformance Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include: * **Fielding Customer Inquiries**: Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, or social media to resolve their questions or concerns. * **Calmly Resolving Issues**: Attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise. * **Escalating Interactions**: Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate. * **Responding to Requests**: Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments. * **Tracking Call Information**: Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes. * **Providing Feedback**: Provide feedback on call issues. * **Upselling**: Upsell if required. **Qualifications** We're looking for fearless people who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that we do.
