As a remote employee, you'll be part of a dynamic team that values flexibility, collaboration, and continuous learning. **Job Summary** As a Customer Service Representative 1 of Loyalty Services, you'll play a critical role in driving customer retention and promoting the value of our products and services. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Supporting policyholders with insurance product information * Assisting customers via inbound and outbound calls, including those wishing to cancel their insurance coverage, reviewing products, benefits, and resolving service or claims issues * Matching products with client needs * Helping collect current and past-due premiums * Providing detailed information about policy statuses * Assisting with basic technical troubleshooting for website or app-related issues * Consistently meeting or exceeding departmental standards, including quality, average handle time, auxiliary time, after-call work, and other KPIs * Exhibiting and practicing arenaflex's common purposes and shared traits, supporting process improvements, and providing feedback to leadership * Performing other duties as assigned **Key Responsibilities** * Address customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and friendly manner * Provide accurate and timely information about our products and services * Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues * Meet or exceed departmental standards for quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction * Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills * Work effectively in a team environment to achieve shared goals and objectives **Requirements** * Previous experience working as a customer service representative * Friendly and professional demeanor * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Critical thinking and problem-solving skills * Basic computer skills and knowledge of database software * Attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management skills * Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs * Ability to remain calm under pressure * Ability to explain detailed policy concepts in simple terms * Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills * 1-2 years of experience in customer service * 1-2 years of contact center experience * Previous experience with retention efforts to retain customers (preferred) * Previous phone sales experience is a plus * High school diploma required; bachelor's degree (preferred) **Preferred Qualifications** * Previous experience working in the insurance industry * Knowledge of insurance products and services * Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software * Certification in customer service or a related field **What We Offer** * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * Flexible work schedule, including remote work options * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance * Ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional experiences, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
