As a remote employee, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, while still being part of a dynamic and supportive team. **Job Summary** We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our after-hours team, providing support to our clients and caregivers through phone and text-based communication. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for resolving client and nurse queries, providing timely responses to queries, and confirming caregiver schedules. If you're a compassionate and confident individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative - After Hours Support, you'll be responsible for: * Answering all incoming calls and resolving client and nurse queries in a timely and effective manner * Providing timely responses to queries that come in through our texting platform * Notifying clients and replacing caregiver callouts as necessary * Confirming caregivers 1-2 hours before shift start * Performing initial intake for callers potentially interested in services * Documenting all scenarios on our platform, as well as updating caregiver schedules as needed * Completing non-urgent admin projects if time allows **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * Fluency in English * Compassionate and confident communication skills * Responsible and reliable work ethic * 10+ years of work experience in customer service and office duties * Adaptable and flexible regarding work hours * Impeccable phone and computer skills * Staffing and/or healthcare experience * Experience working remotely and independently to the USA * A quiet and professional work-from-home environment * Remotely set up with Wi-Fi and load-shedding back-up **Skills and Competencies** To excel in this role, you'll need: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team * Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills.
