We're committed to fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning. **Job Summary** As a Customer Service Representative in Eastern Range Operations, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing technical assistance, troubleshooting, and maintenance support for a range of products and systems. You will work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication and delivery of high-quality services. This is a remote position, requiring a strong and diverse skillset to drive success. **Key Responsibilities** * Instruct customers in equipment operation and provide technical assistance over the phone * Perform maintenance and technical support on products, including equipment, integrated systems, and subsystems * Analyze and evaluate products and related performance to identify areas for improvement * Troubleshoot and diagnose malfunctions to eliminate problems in minimum time * Install, upgrade, and remove products, ensuring coordinative engineering field change * Complete system programming and optimization as part of the installation process * Perform routine system maintenance and analysis functions, including hardware configurations and adding, removing, and replacing equipment components * Provide on-site end-user training on system operation, maintenance, and limited troubleshooting * Maintain effective customer communications and relations * Work on assignments that are semi-routine in nature but recognize the need for occasional deviation from accepted practices * Assist and train less experienced personnel under general supervision **Essential Qualifications** * High School diploma or equivalent, plus advanced training (e.g., degree or certification) * 3-4 years of experience in a related field, including customer service, technical support, or maintenance * Ability to work in a remote environment with occasional on-site visits * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities * Basic knowledge of computer systems and software **Preferred Qualifications** * Familiarity with Air Force BMC Remedy trouble ticket system, Cyberspace Infrastructure Planning System (CIPS), and Integrated Data Maintenance System (IMDS) * Course completion certification for Microsoft Windows 10 * Experience working with military or government agencies * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills **Special Requirements/Security Clearance** * Active DoD Secret Clearance * Ability to work in a secure environment with access to classified information **What We Offer** * Competitive salary * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance * Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance * Paid time off and holidays * Access to cutting-edge technology and training resources **Why Join arenaflex?** * Make a tangible difference in the lives of those who serve our nation * Work with a dynamic and innovative organization * Develop your skills and expertise in a fast-paced and challenging environment * Collaborate with a talented and dedicated team * Enjoy a comprehensive benefits package and competitive compensation **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and dedicated individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you!
