Our culture is built on ownership, freedom, and a passion for innovation, enabling our team members to build the lives they want while making a maximal impact. **About the Role** As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers, and providing exceptional support to help them succeed. You'll be the bridge between our customers and our product, working proactively to increase customer benefits and accelerate our growth. Your role will be multifaceted, requiring a strong understanding of customer expectations, technical knowledge of marketing tools, and excellent communication skills. **Key Responsibilities:** * Answer customer requests, handle bug issues, and investigate customer accounts to resolve problems * Categorize and analyze insights from conversations with customers to improve our products and processes * Identify potential areas for improvement in the customer journey and self-service * Maintain and expand articles, bots, knowledge library, and auto-replies to ensure fast and qualitative support * Take ownership of projects and ensure they're completed within a quarter to improve support services * Participate in customer onboarding calls to ensure a smooth start with our product **Who We're Looking For:** * You have a strong passion for online marketing and customer support * You're an excellent communicator, able to handle customer inquiries with empathy and technical understanding * You're proactive, able to identify areas for improvement, and think customer-first * You have a strong understanding of customer expectations and wishes in chat conversations * You're able to organize your day, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously * You're fluent in German (native) and English, with excellent communication skills * Technical knowledge of marketing tools (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, Zapier, email tools) and social media is a plus * A technical background or experience in tech support is an advantage, but not a requirement **What You Can Expect at arenaflex:** * **Remote & Freedom**: We believe that every work environment should be ideal and tailored to the individual.
