Your key responsibilities will include: * Responding to inquiries and complaints from customers via voice calls and/or chat in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner * Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating complex problems to the appropriate department * Maintaining accurate records of all client interactions and transactions * Collaborating with the customer support team to ensure timely and efficient issue resolution * Identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience and communicating these to the team * Staying up-to-date with arenaflex's products and services to provide informed and effective support **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Native Speaker level proficiency in Filipino and English * Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, marketing, communication) * 2+ years of experience in a customer support role * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal * Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail * Experience using customer support software (e.g. Gorgias, etc.) * Ability to work independently and as part of a team **What We Offer** At arenaflex, we're committed to providing a comprehensive benefits package that supports your growth and well-being.
