Our team is passionate, driven, and committed to excellence, and we're looking for like-minded individuals to join our journey. **The Role** As a Data Entry Clerk IV at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for analyzing and processing legal documents submitted by law enforcement and attorneys. This is a contract role that requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information. You'll start in-office for training, with the potential for hybrid work arrangements thereafter. We're looking for someone with strong typing skills and computer literacy, particularly with Microsoft Outlook and ERP systems. **Key Responsibilities** * Analyze documents submitted by law enforcement and private attorneys, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail * Apply standard practices and policies in naming documents for proper handling, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism * Review legal demands and code them for routing within Legal and Emergency Response, ensuring timely and efficient processing * Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism, adhering to arenaflex's strict data protection policies * Complete other duties and projects as assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability **Requirements** * At least 7 years of relevant experience in data entry, document analysis, or a related field * Proven ability to type a minimum of 45 words per minute and 5,000 keystrokes, with strong computer literacy and typing skills * Experience with Microsoft Outlook, ERP systems, and typing (10 key typing), with a strong understanding of data entry software and systems * Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and management * Attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and precision in data entry and document analysis **Nice-to-Haves** * Formal training or experience in reading legal demands, with a strong understanding of legal terminology and procedures * Experience working with sensitive information, with a proven track record of maintaining confidentiality and professionalism **Benefits** * Competitive salary and benefits package, including health insurance, dental insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and vision insurance * Flexible schedule and remote work options, with the potential for hybrid work arrangements * Opportunities for career growth and professional development, with a focus on employee learning and advancement * Collaborative and dynamic work environment, with a strong focus on teamwork and communication * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance and contributions to arenaflex **Why Join arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a workplace that's inclusive, supportive, and empowering.
