As a Hotel Safety and Customer Care Representative, you'll be an integral part of our team, working closely with our security personnel, cast members, and vendors to ensure a safe and secure environment for our guests. **Responsibilities** As a Hotel Safety and Customer Care Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Conducting regular foot patrols of the resort to identify potential hazards and ensure a safe environment for our guests, cast members, and vendors * Responding to emergency situations and investigating incidents to document and report findings * Maintaining order in the resort while attending to the needs of our guests, cast members, and vendors * Providing exceptional customer service, resolving guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner * Collaborating with our security team to develop and implement safety protocols and procedures * Maintaining accurate records and reports, including incident reports and safety audits **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A strong background in customer service, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills * A valid State of Hawaii Guard Card (or equivalent) * Keyboarding skills of 25 WPM * The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment * A high school diploma or equivalent * 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a hotel or resort environment * Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures * Certification in first aid, CPR, or a related field * Bilingual or multilingual skills **Skills and Competencies** To excel in this role, you'll need: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills * Ability to work effectively in a team environment * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information * Strong customer service skills, with a focus on resolving guest complaints and concerns **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
