This position will assist the business in addressing key questions concerning the performance of various sign-up and trade streams, identify patterns in structured and unstructured data, and develop proposals to improve business performance. The analyst will be instrumental in driving the utilization of data analysis as a key income driver to increase recruits and business changes across multiple newly extended worldwide tiering drives. **Key Responsibilities** * Assemble investigations, data visualizations, and multi-functional reporting that offers critical support to the activities and decision-making for the sign-up and trade item spaces. * Answer business questions and provide insightful expertise on the different trade streams on D+ and Hulu to improve the customer experience and increase changes. * Advance the analytical capabilities of the business, collaborate in the design of diagnostic solutions, and deliver remarkable data insights and products. * Use data visualization tools, SQL, and programming languages to access and analyze structured and unstructured data. * Utilize statistical and inferential insights (t-test, chi-square, ANOVA, correlation, Regression, Component Analysis, etc.) to understand partner behaviors/values, and have an impact across the business. **Essential Qualifications** * Unrelenting interest, high analytical and scientific strength, and an enthusiastic quest for data-driven insights and business results. * A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science) * 3+ years of professional experience as an analyst in an information and analytics space with excellent SQL, Python, or R skills for complex questioning, high-level analysis, performance enhancement, and working with data at scale. * Demonstrated data visualization skills with tools like Matplotlib, Seaborn, Looker, MicroStrategy, Plotly, etc. * Experience delivering end-to-end analysis projects: taking them from ambiguous requirements, to a successful story, open across different audiences, and eventually to a tangible business result. * Excellent relational and communication (written and oral) skills. Ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and technical partners.
