Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, resolve issues, and build long-lasting relationships with our clients. If you're a people person with a passion for problem-solving, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities** * Answering phones from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and effective manner * Focus on customer retention through proactive communication, issue resolution, and upselling/cross-selling opportunities * Providing customers with arenaflex's service standards, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience * Identifying, escalating priority issues, and reporting to high-level management to ensure prompt resolution * Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources, ensuring that customers receive the support they need * Following up on complicated customer calls, ensuring that issues are resolved to the customer's satisfaction * Completing call notes and call reports as necessary, updating them in the CRM to maintain accurate records * Obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to properly handle and document complaints and inquiries * Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken to ensure a paper trail * Other duties as assigned by management to support the team's goals and objectives **Requirements** * High School Diploma or equivalent * Bilingual a plus, but not required * Some sales and customer service experience, preferably in the energy industry * Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written communication with proper grammar and spelling * Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software * Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively * Some experience with MS Excel is a plus * Ability to react effectively and calmly in escalated situations, maintaining a professional demeanor at all times **Benefits Program** * Competitive wages, with a starting salary of $15.00 to $16.00 per hour, plus commission * Medical, dental, and eye insurance available to support your health and well-being * Vacation and sick time to ensure work-life balance * 401K benefits to help you plan for your future **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills.
