You'll take pride in providing outstanding customer service, resolving issues, and ensuring full customer satisfaction. Your expertise will be essential in maintaining the University's high standards for excellence, and you'll play a key role in creating a positive and friendly work environment that sets us apart from the rest. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer service to students, faculty, staff, and external customers, meeting their needs, offering options, and resolving problems in a timely and professional manner. * Offer information and guidance on policies, procedures, terms, and programs related to our service area, ensuring that customers are informed and satisfied. * Identify and prioritize problems and issues, performing research, offering solutions, and referring to appropriate personnel or departments as needed. * Use information systems to input data, maintain databases, perform research, and generate reports, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. * Stay up-to-date with all applicable policies and procedures, contracts, and related legal issues, interpreting terms and conditions and authorizing changes or exceptions as necessary. * Process applications, releases, cancellations, adjustments, changes, requests, fees, invoices, and other related paperwork, maintaining quality and quantity standards. * Represent the department to students, parents, faculty, administrators, staff, and other external customers, making formal presentations as assigned. * Train, schedule, assign, and prioritize workloads, interpreting operating policies and procedures, and ensuring timely completion of departmental work. * Notifies appropriate personnel in the event of an emergency, maintaining complete and accurate records of all student- or staff-related safety incidents. * Provides services including processing and delivery of mail and packages, receiving key deposits, and issuing keys or maintaining and balancing a cash drawer on a daily basis. * Composes memos and letters based on knowledge of departmental and University policies and procedures, compiling statistical reports and studies as requested. **Essential Qualifications** * Minimum Education: High School or equivalent, combined experience/education as substitute for minimum education. * Minimum Experience: 1 year, combined education/experience as substitute for minimum experience. * Minimum Field of Expertise: Customer Service. * Valid CA driver's license required, with participation in the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) Pull Notice System. * Strong commitment to arenaflex's Unifying Values of integrity, excellence, diversity, equity, and inclusion, well-being, open communication, and accountability. **Preferred Qualifications** * Bachelor's Degree. * 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. * Student counseling or customer service expertise. **The Trojan Family Rewards** As an equal opportunity employer, arenaflex values and promotes diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
