We're committed to fostering a culture of care, integrity, resilience, and servant leadership, where our employees can grow and thrive. **Key Responsibilities** As an Experienced Ramp Agent (Customer Service Agent), you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers' baggage and cargo arrive safely and on time. Your responsibilities will include: * Safely lifting, loading, unloading, and transporting baggage, mail, and cargo to and from aircraft, while ensuring timely connections by guiding incoming and departing aircraft from the gate positions. * Safeguarding cargo, baggage, and mail from damage, loss, and weather. * Safely driving and operating ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and tow tractors in areas of congestion. * Operating baggage scanners and computers to ensure baggage is routed accurately to the customers' destination. * Collaborating with other teams to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer service. **Work Environment and Culture** As an arenaflex team member, you'll enjoy a dynamic and supportive work environment that fosters growth and development.
