As a Ramp Agent at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in our mission to keep climbing, ensuring that our customers' baggage and cargo arrive safely and on time. **Key Responsibilities** As an Experienced Full Stack Ramp Agent, you will be responsible for: * Safely lifting, loading, unloading, and transporting baggage, mail, and cargo to and from aircraft, ensuring timely connections by guiding incoming and departing aircraft from the gate positions. * Safeguarding cargo, baggage, and mail from damage, loss, and weather. * Safely driving and operating ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and tow tractors in areas of congestion. * Operating baggage scanners and computers to ensure baggage is routed accurately to the customer's destination. * Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer service. **Work Environment and Culture** As a Ramp Agent at arenaflex, you will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on safety, security, and customer satisfaction.
