You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement features that meet the needs of our business. Your expertise in data engineering will be instrumental in helping us make data-driven decisions and drive business growth. **Key Responsibilities** * Gather and analyze complex data sets to meet non-functional and functional business requirements * Identify, design, and implement process improvements, including re-designing systems for greater flexibility, improving data delivery, and automating manual processes * Develop and maintain frameworks for optimal data extraction, transformation, and loading from various data sources using AWS and SQL technologies * Create logical tools to utilize the data pipeline, providing valuable insights into key business performance metrics, including operational efficiency and customer acquisition * Collaborate with stakeholders, including data, design, product, and leadership teams, to resolve data-related technical issues * Work with the Chief, Product, Data, and Configuration teams to support their data infrastructure needs while assisting with data-related technical issues * Develop or modify equipment and technology to meet customer needs * Perform other work duties as assigned by Representative's Chiefs **Information, Skills, and Competencies** * Knowledge of the practical application of engineering science and technology, including applying principles, methods, tools, and equipment to the design and production of various products and labor * Knowledge of design strategies, tools, and standards associated with the creation of accurate technical plans, drawings, and models * Ability to use reason and thinking to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems * Ability to understand the implications of new data for both current and future critical thinking and direction * Talented in recognizing complex issues and exploring related data to create and assess choices and implement solutions * Ability to tell when something is wrong or is likely to go wrong; it doesn't include solving the problem, just perceiving there is a problem * Ability to combine pieces of information to form overall principles or decisions (includes finding a relationship among seemingly insignificant events) * Ability to move back and forth between at least two activities or sources of information (like speech, sounds, contact, or other sources) * Ability to organize things or activities in a specific order or sequence according to a particular rule or set of rules (e.g., patterns of numbers, letters, words, pictures, numerical tasks) * Ability to recognize or identify a known pattern (a figure, object, word, or sound) that is hidden in other distracting material **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we believe in investing in our employees' growth and development.
