**A Day in the Life of a Brand Champion**
As a Work-at-Home Customer Service Representative, you'll be working diligently with customers to provide solutions, answer general customer service questions, and resolve issues related to service, billing, and product enhancements. Your goal will be to achieve one call resolution, ensuring that customers receive the support they need in a timely and efficient manner. You'll be empowered to own your customer interactions, making decisions and taking actions that drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.

**Brand Champion Skillset**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
* 18 years of age or older
* High School Diploma or GED
* Previous experience interacting with customers/clients, solving problems through troubleshooting, and creating connections
* Excellent Communications skills
* Desire to actively engage and listen to customers
* Empathy and ability to provide solutions in a fast-paced environment, focusing on one call resolution
* Ability to learn new concepts quickly and efficiently, and apply those learnings in real-time
**Work-from-Home Equipment Requirements**
To ensure a seamless and productive work experience, you'll need to have the following equipment:
* High-speed internet with a minimum speed of 20Mbps download and 10Mbps upload
* Ethernet cable connection (no Wi-Fi)
* Personal desktop or laptop computer with Windows 10 Operating System, minimum of 2 core processor with 2GHz processor speed and at least 8GB RAM
* USB headset with microphone
* Webcam
* Chromebooks/Mac computers cannot be utilized for this position
