We value a culture of professionalism, teamwork, and continuous improvement. **About the Role** As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the friendly voice on the other end of the line, assisting callers with their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You'll work with a variety of customer relationship management (CRM) tools and telephone technology to provide efficient and effective support.
