Our team is comprised of talented individuals from diverse backgrounds, united by a shared passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. **Key Responsibilities** As a US Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for: * Providing top-notch customer support via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring that every interaction is a positive and memorable experience. * Managing large volumes of inbound and outbound customer calls, resolving issues efficiently, and escalating complex cases when necessary. * Scheduling shifts and dispatching team members based on location, availability, skills, and other factors to ensure seamless coverage. * Regularly touching base with auction team members via Regional Team Meetings to build rapport and foster a sense of community. * Proactive planning to prevent issues with auction tasks, such as winter operations, site nuances, and removing obstacles to delays for catalog publication. * Troubleshooting technical issues and providing logistical support for auction teams, buyers, and sellers. * Administering and maintaining customer accounts, ensuring that all training is complete, and staying up-to-date on process and procedure improvements. * Performing other tasks as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the customer support team. **Essential Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you will need: * 2 years of proven customer support experience, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex issues in a clear and concise manner. * Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines. * Self-motivation, ambition, and a drive to meet and exceed performance targets. * Comfort with technology, with the ability to learn new programs and systems quickly. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong active listening skills and a willingness to collaborate with colleagues. * Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively. * High school education (college preferred), with a strong foundation in communication, customer service, or a related field. **Preferred Qualifications** While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable: * Experience working in a contact center or customer support environment. * Familiarity with Google Suite and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word). * High attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and precision. * Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. * Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. **Inclusive and Diverse Culture** arenaflex is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace, where every team member feels valued, respected, and empowered to contribute.
