As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of healthcare data management and analytics. **Job Summary** We are seeking an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our team of data experts. As a Senior Data Entry Specialist, you will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain data foundation conditions that enable report automation for the arenaflex Medical Services Quality Improvement program. Your primary responsibilities will include: **Key Responsibilities** * Directs the delivery of arenaflex healthcare data and insights-driven initiatives and projects * Upholds long-term and ad-hoc data ETL and data warehousing activities to meet arenaflex reporting and analytics requirements * Plans, develops, and deploys layered data sets and data pipelines to support reporting and analytics projects * Develops data processing and pre-handling principles for populating sensible and accurate data models attached to report-specific working tables for both enterprise business intelligence and pre-defined reporting arrangements * Applies data extraction, transformation, and loading best practices to integrate large datasets from various internal arenaflex production system sources and external records * Performs data profiling and data analysis across internal production systems, manually maintained data, and standard healthcare datasets (e.g., patient qualification, clinical cases, pharmacy claims, HEDIS ECDS records) * Creates internal tools for automation of all development-related activities (data handling, QA, data approval, etc.) **Essential Capabilities** * Certified, hands-on experience writing and tuning SQL-based ETL/ELT scripts * Experience designing and delivering intelligently isolated data conditions using ETL/ELT services that include but are not limited to Azure Data Factory, Databricks, or Snowflake * Experience providing technical leadership and presenting tool rationalist semantic data layer enhancements connected with BI technology stage like PowerBI, Tableau, or Looker * Strong verbal and written communication skills with technical teams, internal partners, clients, and vendor partners * At least 2 years of experience contributing to business decisions in the workplace * At least 2 years of direct leadership, indirect leadership, or cross-functional team leadership experience **Preferred Capabilities** * Certified Data Management Certified Professional (CDMP) * Knowledge of pharmacy, healthcare, and clinical research concepts **What We Offer** * Competitive salary: $30/hour * Immediate openings available * Remote work opportunity * Opportunity to work with a dynamic team of data experts * Professional growth and development opportunities * Comprehensive benefits package * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and detail-oriented professional with a passion for data management and analytics, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
