Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive experience for our customers. **Job Details** * **Job Title:** Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist * **Location:** Remote * **Salary:** $30/hour * **Hours:** 8 hours per day * **Benefits:** Competitive salary, comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for career growth and development **Responsibilities** As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for: * Coordinating data entry activities to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks * Developing and implementing processes to improve data management and customer service * Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve data-related issues * Communicating with customers and internal stakeholders to provide exceptional customer service * Analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement * Developing and implementing solutions to improve data management and customer service * Collaborating with senior leadership to stay informed about business objectives and targets * Communicating with direct reports and colleagues to decipher data and work on cross-functional projects **Essential Qualifications** * At least 2 years of experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field * Experience creating key drives that align with business objectives and budget * Experience identifying functional issues and prescribing and executing methodologies to resolve issues * Experience driving cross-functional teams * Experience communicating at the leader level * Experience overseeing customer-facing programs * Ability to travel up to 15% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state) **Preferred Qualifications** * Graduate degree/MBA * Experience with advanced coding languages (e.g. SAS, SQL, C++, etc.) * Experience with system administration (e.g. Masters, Vendavo, Vistaar, Salesforce.com, SharePoint, Wikis, etc.) * Experience using business intelligence tools alongside data analysis (e.g. Business Objects, Cognos, Scene, Masters, etc.) * Certified as a SalesForce administrator or engineer * Experience in training, coaching, and developing less senior colleagues * Experience planning and executing financial models alongside complex business initiatives * Experience communicating with senior leadership both within and to client associations * Experience with project management (e.g. planning, organizing, and overseeing resources to achieve successful completion of specific project objectives and targets) * Experience with systems such as Cure and GIS-like * Experience with data extraction, data mining, data acquisition, data profiling, data warehouse management, and statistical concepts * Experience in instructing, coaching, and developing less senior colleagues **What We Offer** * Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package * Opportunities for career growth and development * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Flexible work arrangements to support work-life balance * Professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **How to Apply** If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and have a knack for data management, we want to hear from you!
