To meet the needs of our customers and patients, arenaflex offers a real omnichannel experience, with systems bringing together physical and digital, supported by the latest technology to provide exceptional services and products in local communities nationwide. **Job Responsibilities** As a Senior Pricing Analyst, you will be responsible for: * Analyzing complex economic data and statistics to make underwriting and pricing recommendations * Developing and maintaining advanced forecasting and underwriting models using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, and SQL * Collaborating with internal stakeholders to expand economic forecasting models and assist in documentation * Presenting pricing recommendations, data analysis, and economic models to management on a regular basis * Preparing senior-level executive documentation of pricing recommendations and economic metric pointers * Identifying and solving pricing problems by acting on evaluation that involves retrieving and analyzing internal statistics and data obtained from third-party sources * Utilizing and creating preferred working methods to analyze and respond to inquiries from internal business partners concerning pricing for various lines of business, including retail, specialty, immunizations, and clinics * Communicating and collaborating with business partners (at all levels of the organization) in different functional areas, including finance, reporting, operations, business development, and sales **Key Skills and Competencies** * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Math, Business, Actuarial Science, or Pharmacoeconomics * 1+ years of pricing/economic analysis or related experience, including 1+ years of experience in using Excel for economic data analysis and/or economic modeling * Knowledge and understanding of data, business metrics, and operational processes * Strong critical thinking skills and experience with reading and reporting data to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive development of results and discover solutions * Ability to adopt results, manage ambiguity, resolve problems, make decisions, see trends/patterns in data sets, and identify root causes * Excellent verbal and written communication skills to provide information to executives and leaders across the organization * Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task concurrent assignments while meeting deadlines with a high-quality product * Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards * Intermediate-level skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word **Preferred Qualifications** * Advanced pricing and profitability modeling experience * Experience with data visualization tools and techniques **Benefits** * Company-paid life insurance * Medical, prescription drugs, dental, and vision benefits * Retirement savings plan (401(k)) * Employee stock purchase plan * Paid time off (PTO) * Holidays * Paid parental leave (PPL) * Transportation benefit plan * Employee store discount * Voluntary life & personal accident insurance **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** arenaflex is committed to the growth and development of our employees.
