As a Senior Analyst, you will be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to driving business growth through data-driven decision making. **Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced Senior Analyst to join our Client Interchanges group, where you will be responsible for advanced analysis and insights, A/B testing improvement, data mastery, and performance reporting. If you have a strong background in data analysis, a passion for testing and learning, and a desire to drive business growth through data-driven insights, we want to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities** * **Advanced Analysis and Insights**: Perform in-depth analysis and research to identify trends and patterns in our data, using advanced SQL and data table information. Lead knowledge-driven roadmapping to identify opportunities for channel improvement based on your findings. * **A/B Testing Improvement**: Champion the use of data-driven decision making and develop a flexible and dynamic testing structure. Identify opportunities to streamline the testing process, including automated Python results pulling and adaptable dashboards. * **Data Mastery**: Serve as the primary resource for Marketing Data Designing, focusing on medium-term asks (run planning) and long-term guidance. Become the expert on data tables, including what data is available, where it lives, and how to use it effectively. * **Performance Reporting**: Normalize channel metrics and create flexible dashboards across stores/geos. Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports and draft stories, and field performance-related questions from MSO and Patterns. **What You'll Need** * Four-year degree in a technical discipline, finance, business, or a related field with a quantitative focus. * 3+ years of experience in a data-intensive role, preferably in marketing, management consulting, startup/tech, finance, or a related field. * Strong skills in data analysis and advanced SQL, as well as experience with Google Sheets/Excel.
