**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Afterhours Customer Care Representative / Account Manager to join our team on a remote basis. This role will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing customer service requests, and working closely with our Service Coordinators to ensure seamless communication with our customers. **Responsibilities**
As an Afterhours Customer Care Representative / Account Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Handling incoming and outgoing phone calls, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Processing customer service requests, updating customer portals, and ensuring accurate and timely communication with customers
* Working closely with our Service Coordinators to notify customers of service dates, schedule appointments, and ensure seamless communication
* Uploading documentation to customer portals and accounting/work order systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records
* Performing data entry tasks, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues, provide solutions, and exceed customer expectations
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* At least 3 years of experience in customer care, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and resolving customer issues
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, internal teams, and external partners
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, and experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
* Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines
* Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
