**Key Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer support via telephone, email, and online channels, addressing a wide range of issues related to product, service, or billing inquiries
* Managing both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of client concerns
* Proactively identifying solutions to anticipated client questions, demonstrating a proactive and customer-centric approach
* Adopting a comprehensive strategy to resolving each issue, collaborating with internal teams and external partners as needed
* Delivering top-tier service experience to clients in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency
* Assisting clients with requests related to their protection and copays, as needed
* Providing technical support to clients while navigating pharmacy.amazon.com
* Responding promptly to client inquiries, ensuring timely resolution and building long-term relationships
* Viewing every interaction as an opportunity to build a lasting relationship with clients, rather than simply resolving a single issue

**Essential Capabilities**
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:
* High school diploma or equivalent
* 4+ years of professional experience working with computers and electronic devices
* Experience multitasking with telephone and computer skills
* A reliable broadband internet connection (DSL, cable, or fiber) with a minimum speed of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload
* Ability to adjust your schedule regularly (every 4 weeks), with a 14-day advance notice
* Ability to work in a home environment that is private and free from distractions (e.g., barking dogs, TV noise, music, children, etc.) and dedicate complete focus to the client during work hours
**Preferred Capabilities**
While not required, the following skills and experience are highly desirable:
* 1+ years of significant telephone or email customer support experience
* Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
* Experience working in a customer support or call center environment
* Experience working in a healthcare setting
* Experience working under pressure in a fast-paced environment while consistently meeting standards for efficiency and quality
* Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as a team member
