We're proud to be a diverse and inclusive organization, where every colleague has the opportunity to contribute to our collective success. **The Role** As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in driving the transformation and innovation of our Voice of the Customer (VOC) analytics and survey platform. You'll work closely with our product and process owners, as well as our agile technology team, to design, build, and implement robust data models and architectures that enable us to deliver high-quality insights and analytics to our stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities** * Collaborate with utility teams to outline, develop, and capture business needs and requirements * Develop and leverage knowledge of VOC methods to outline and transform data within our Cornerstone large data platform * Design and build robust data model architectures to support high-quality data processing and standardized metric definitions * Develop and implement large-scale data and batch/real-time analytical solutions leveraging transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to deliver innovative solutions that ensure high-quality and accuracy through intensive testing at various and use case levels * Provide guidance to improve competencies to drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystems * Power customer tale evaluation and elaboration, design and development of software programs, checking out, and builds automation tools * Proactively identify and automate routine tasks to improve best and efficiency * Work closely with colleagues from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and review statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC cease-to-quit technique **Essential Qualifications** * Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, PySpark, Python, shell scripting languages, development life cycle management, and troubleshooting understanding for data-driven tasks for a span of no less than 3+ years * Ability to collaborate actively with dating managers/product owners to expertise functional requirements and convert them into technical deliverables * Familiarity with agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at regular intervals to business groups * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design and implement robust data models and architectures * Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with data warehousing, ETL, and data governance * Familiarity with cloud-based technologies, such as AWS or Azure * Knowledge of machine learning and artificial intelligence concepts and applications * Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI * Certification in data science, data engineering, or a related field **Benefits and Perks** * Competitive base salaries with bonus incentives * Support for economic-well-being and retirement * Flexible work model with hybrid, onsite, or digital preparations depending on position and business needs * Generous paid parental leave policies (depending on location) * Free access to international on-site online wellness facilities staffed with nurses and doctors (depending on location) * Free and confidential counseling aid through our Wholesome Minds application * Career development and education opportunities **Why Join arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a work environment that's inclusive, supportive, and empowering.
