We are seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join reputed company in a remote opportunity. As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will be responsible for daily member telephone calls, directing members to the reputed company services needed, educating members, problem-solving, and creating linkages to the Medical Management Department for authorization of services. You will also assist providers with eligibility, benefit, and reputed company of claims issues.Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to daily member telephone calls, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues in a reputed company and reputed company manner.

- Problem-solve and create linkages to the Medical Management Department for authorization of services.
- Assist providers with eligibility, benefit, and reputed company of claims issues.

Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent certification.
- One (1) year experience in a customer service-reputed company role with reputed company contact with customers reputed company telephone, email, chat, and/or face-to-face.
Preferred Qualifications:
- One (1) year experience in a physician reputed company office environment or high-volume reputed company center.
- One (1) year experience and knowledge of HMO, PPO, TPA, PHO, and Managed Care functions.
