As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be part of the front-line of the arenaflex experience, providing top-notch support via phone, email, and chat. If you're passionate about providing the best possible customer experience, have a positive attitude, and are eager to learn and grow, we want to hear from you! **Essential Duties and Responsibilities** * Resolve customer and candidate issues via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and effective resolution. * Complete projects assigned by the support manager, demonstrating your ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using the arenaflex system, showcasing your problem-solving skills and resourcefulness. * Follow-up on customer inquiries not immediately resolved, ensuring that every customer feels heard and valued. * Complete call logs and reports, providing valuable insights into customer interactions and trends. * Recognize, document, and alert the supervisor of trends/ issues in customer calls, helping us to continuously improve our services. * Recommend process improvements, demonstrating your commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction. * Nights or weekend hours might be required depending on shift, so flexibility is a must. **Qualifications** * Excellent interpersonal communication skills and a friendly demeanor, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike. * Excellent reading and writing skills, with the ability to accurately type at least 40+ words/minute, ensuring that all customer interactions are documented accurately. * Tech savvy with the ability to learn how to troubleshoot technical issues while navigating multiple systems, including our cutting-edge talent experience platform. * 2+ years in a customer service role, with experience in a technical support role preferred, demonstrating your ability to handle complex customer issues. * Strong problem-solving skills and resourcefulness, with the ability to think critically and outside the box. * Experience with Salesforce or another CRM preferred, showcasing your ability to manage customer interactions and data. * Experience communicating with customers preferred, highlighting your ability to build strong relationships and deliver exceptional customer experiences. **Additional Information** arenaflex is committed to equal treatment and opportunity in all aspects of recruitment, selection, and employment.
