**Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist – Supply Chain Systems Management**

As a key member of our supply chain management team, you'll be responsible for the support and maintenance of our distribution center administration framework, as well as serving as the primary point of contact between our centralized computer and application development divisions. You'll work closely with our organization/telecom divisions and innovation office to facilitate, investigate, and implement actual foundation that supports the DC, as well as administer and support section of all moves/add/change demands. **Key Responsibilities** * Contact MHE merchants as it relates to data management * Work with all smart devices, including Sortation Control Frameworks * Coordinate all data backups and data recovery procedures * Serve as the primary point of contact between the distribution center office, WMS merchant, and MIS Division for issue resolution * Support all data handling equipment, including printers and terminals * Support LAN (Local Area Network) design * Carry out all future arrivals of software * Coordinate stock tracking of in-stock supplies, including forms, labels, etc., and report utilization to MIS * Regulate nonexempt staff * Maintain all control tables within the WMS, including access security * Screen the performance of the framework application to ensure it is ready and available to all end users * Manage and screen end-user access and freedoms and report to the SOX Compliance Office on a quarterly basis * Develop reporting tools for clients to have better visibility into the WMS and Working Metrics, whether through Crystal Reports or Cognos Report Studio **Essential Capabilities** * 2+ years of IT experience, including Windows, Unix, SQL Server, Prophet, etc. * 2+ years of experience (delivery climate preferred) * 2+ years of involvement in using SQL, MS-Access, Excel, and Task and MS-Word * Should be local, this is not a remote job **Preferred Capabilities** * Project management experience an or more * Lone rangers Degree in IT focus preferred * Excellent relational and interpersonal skills * Business acumen **About the Role** As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects and initiatives, from data management and supply chain management to software development and implementation.
