We prioritize human connections and regularly schedule social activities, such as coffee chats, game-playing, and story-telling, to build strong relationships. **The Opportunity** As a Junior Customer Support Specialist, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, addressing their inquiries via phone, email, and live chat. You'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of customers, from early-stage start-ups to Fortune 500 enterprises, and help them get the most out of our platform. **Key Responsibilities:** * Respond to email, live chat, and phone inquiries from existing customers and prospects * Advise customers on the best way to use the software to meet their needs * Track customer interactions in Salesforce * Assist prospects during their trial period to ensure they understand the product functionality * Serve as a conduit for customers to communicate product and feature requests to Product Managers * Assist our Customer Success Managers in dealing with large customers * Contribute to the Support Knowledge-base * Conduct product demos for prospects * Conduct Onboarding and Account Reviews for existing customers **About You:** * You have experience working directly with customers, preferably in a SaaS environment (at least 1-2 years of experience) * You're an excellent communicator, with strong written and verbal English skills * You pay attention to details and understand the importance of delivering exceptional customer experiences * You're obsessed with customer experience and have a growth mentality, with a self-motivated approach to learning and development * You love working with technology, including web and mobile applications, and have experience with Intercom and Salesforce (a plus!) * You're able to work 9am-6pm EST **Our Benefits:** * Unlimited PTO policy - take time off when you need it, and enjoy a company-wide week off in December * Annual company offsite - meet your teammates face-to-face and have fun * Social time - regular coffee chats, game-playing, and story-telling to build connections * Generous health insurance - for US employees and their families, including dental and vision plans * Equity for all full-time roles **Join Our Team!** At arenaflex, we're committed to equal opportunity and diversity.
