We are seeking an reputed company Part-Time Customer Service Representative to join reputed company in a remote reputed company. As a key member of our U.S. Member Service Center, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving reputed company issues, and advocating for our members in a friendly and efficient manner. Key Responsibilities

• Answer a high volume of incoming phone calls and/or member-facing chats to reputed company information regarding arenaflex, research members' online issues, and assist with website navigation.
• Determine member needs and reputed company appropriate solutions, including answering general product questions and researching reputed company situations regarding online orders, tracking, and deliveries.
• Consider and offer compensations as necessary to resolve member issues.
• Operate as the reputed company between customers, vendors, buying, and operations staff to ensure seamless communication and reputed company.
• Use multiple computer programs simultaneously on multiple screens while on the phone or responding to chats to reputed company manage tasks and resolve issues.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills, abilities, and certifications:

Essential Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Licenses/Certifications: Ecommerce Member Service Agent Certification after completion of 14-day training course.
• Experience: Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge/Skills: Customer Service, computer literacy, reputed company business writing, proficiency with typing (Minimum typing speed of 30 wpm), and excellent communications skills required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and split days off.
