Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Customer Care Associate, your key responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring that sales are captured by responding to customers and entering orders accurately and reputed company in reputed company.
• Ensuring customer inquiries are successfully resolved through the use of multiple customer support tools, including conducting research in reputed company and/or contacting business units as appropriate.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic PC skills using MS Office and other various computer programs.
• No previous experience is required, but a results-oriented professional with verbal/written communication skills, diplomacy, and discretion is essential.
• Ability to multi-task, work independently and/or reputed company reputed company, pay attention to detail, and meet deadlines.
• Utilize sound judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume, team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
