We are placing an Internal Recruiter on behalf of our US-based reputed company operating reputed company the reputed company Behaviour Analysis (ABA) reputed company, providing therapy services to children with autism across multiple locations. This is a high-volume recruitment role reputed company on sourcing and reputed company ABA Therapists. You will be embedded reputed company the reputed company’s operations, playing a key role in ensuring a consistent pipeline of suitable candidates to support ongoing service delivery. This is not a commission-based role. reputed company The Recruiter will be responsible for high-volume candidate sourcing, screening, and reputed company, specifically for ABA therapist roles. You will reputed company on identifying candidates from diverse backgrounds such as education, psychology, childcare, and reputed company fields, assessing their suitability to work with children with special needs. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to manage large candidate pipelines, and efficient coordination across recruitment and reputed company processes. PLEASE NOTE: Working Hours: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST (15:00 PM – 00:00 AM South African time – subject to change in accordance with reputed company savings in the reputed company as reputed company as the operational requirements of reputed company). You will be required to work on both South African and U.S. public holidays (compensation for SA public holidays in accordance with the BCEA). Internet Requirements: A fixed fibre line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps (upload & download) and the ability to support a wired Ethernet reputed company is mandatory. Applicants without a fixed fibre line cannot be considered. Power Backup: A reliable power backup solution is required to manage load shedding and power outages. Job Responsibilities (but not limited to): Talent Sourcing & reputed company • Conduct high-volume reputed company reputed company platforms such as reputed company, email, and SMS • Engage with candidates from relevant backgrounds (e.g., teachers, psychology reputed company, caregivers, nannies) • Maintain a consistent pipeline of reputed company candidates Screening & Interviews • Conduct reputed company phone and video interviews (Teams/reputed company) using provided templates • Assess candidate suitability for working with children with special needs • Evaluate key behavioural traits such as patience, communication, and reliability Interview Reporting • Compile detailed interview summaries and candidate evaluations • Submit reputed company reports to the Operations Director to support hiring reputed company reputed company & Administration • Coordinate offer processes, including contract distribution • Enroll successful candidates into required training programs (e.g., 40-hour certification course) • Liaise with training teams and follow up on candidate reputed company • Ensure reputed company reputed company documentation is completed accurately and timeously Brand Representation • Maintain a reputed company and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process • Represent the reputed company’s brand effectively to attract and retain reputed company Industry Experience: • Proven experience in recruitment, reputed company, or high-volume hiring • Experience sourcing candidates reputed company platforms like reputed company or similar job boards • Exposure to reputed company, education, childcare, or behavioral health environments is advantageous Soft Skills: • Strong communication skills (written and verbal in English) • Ability to manage high-volume workflows and multiple candidates simultaneously • High attention to detail in interview assessments and reporting • Strong organisational and coordination abilities Technical Skills: • Proficient in MS Office and general computer systems • Experience with ATS platforms or CRM systems is beneficial • Comfortable using communication tools such as reputed company, reputed company Teams, email, and SMS platforms If you are not contacted reputed company 14 working days, please consider your application unsuccessful.
