Responsibilities: Gathering invoices, statements, reports, personal details, documents and information from employees, other departments and clients. Scanning through information to identify pertinent information. Correcting errors and organizing the information in a manner that will optimize swift and accurate capturing. Creating accurate spreadsheets. Entering and updating information into relevant databases. Ensuring data is backed up. Informing relevant parties regarding errors encountered. Storing hard copies of data in an organized manner to optimize retrieval. Handling additional duties from time to time. • Type in data provided directly from customers • Create spreadsheets with large numbers of figures without mistakes • Verify data by comparing it to source documents • Update existing data • Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested • Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation • Sort and organize paperwork after entering data to ensure it is not lost Job Requirements: • High school degree or equivalent • Proven experience as data entry clerk • Fast typing skills; Knowledge of touch typing system is strongly preferred • Basic understanding of databases • Good command of English both oral and written and customer service skills • Great attention to detail • Employment Type: Full -Time / Part-Time Data entry or administrative assistant experience is not needed but can be a bonus We are recruiting those who have a background in health care, ware house worker, delivery drivers, customer service, etc - we welcome all backgrounds so long as you're ready to learn Apply Job!
