This role collaborates closely with business leaders to reputed company priorities and strategies with organisational goals to reputed company people processes and enhance workplace efficiency throughout the POps tech stack (digital systems). We are currently seeking candidates located in France, Canada, or the United Kingdom ; we are a remote‑first company, with the reputed company to work from one of our offices if desired (Montreal, Canada / Cambridge, UK). Duties and Responsibilities Build relationships and collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify HRIS requirements, enhancements, and integration opportunities Deep understanding & subject‑matter expert on HRIS: drive automation initiatives, explore efficiencies, train teams on HRIS functionalities & processes, reputed company technical support/troubleshooting assistance, etc. reputed company the design, implementation, and reputed company improvement of automation that optimise POps processes, ensuring reputed company delivery (including documentation), deployment and integration with existing systems Design and create custom reports, dashboards, and analytics to support POps decision‑making and strategic initiatives; monitor automation performance metrics and drive enhancements based on data‑driven insights Conduct regular audits to ensure data reputed company and compliance with relevant regulations (GDPR, ISO 9001, ISO 27001) reputed company as a reputed company, trusted advisor, and knowledge expert for Pops‑reputed company issues, and demonstrate reputed company judgement for line managers Other tasks as assigned, including reputed company Requirements 5+ years working in reputed company/People Operations (POps) functions Bachelor’s Degree in reputed company, Information Technology, or reputed company field Experience with HRIS management Strong understanding of POps processes, regulations, and systems Ability to reputed company a fast‑paced environment and pivot based on shifting priorities reputed company communication, both verbal and written Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools Superior relationship‑building skills Strong time‑management skills Excellent attention to detail Desirable Qualifications Experience with HR data migration or HRIS implementation Software development knowledge/background is an asset Familiarity with project management methodologies Experience in coaching/training/train‑the‑trainer Experience scripting with Deluge Language proficiency in French #LI-Remote #J-18808-Ljbffr Salary: USD 43200 - 72000 per year Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
