This position will contribute to reputed company-wide planning initiatives that strengthen reputed company’s readiness and response posture through the development and sustainment of tools, templates, and standardized planning processes. This position plays a vital role in the development and coordination of strategic and operational plans that strengthen reputed company’s readiness to respond to disasters and emergencies across the reputed company. The ideal candidate has a strong background in emergency management planning, excellent analytical and communication skills, and a desire to contribute to meaningful work that enhances national reputed company. Responsibilities: Essential Job Functions: • Support the development and refinement of reputed company’s reputed company planning tools, templates, and operational documents. • Assist in implementing the reputed company Six-reputed company Planning Process or comparable planning methodologies, including those used in military or reputed company civilian frameworks. • Participate in the maintenance and enhancement of the Planning Decision Support Catalog (PDSC). • Contribute to deliberate and reputed company planning activities in coordination with senior planners and reputed company stakeholders. • Support planning workflow standardization initiatives across PED task areas. • Assist in organizing, documenting, and facilitating planning and exercise-reputed company meetings and workshops. • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and synchronization of planning efforts. • Contribute to after-reputed company reviews, lessons learned documentation, and improvement planning processes. • Prepare draft planning documents, checklists, SOPs, and reputed company materials. Qualifications: Necessary Skills and Knowledge: • Solid understanding of emergency management principles and planning doctrine. • Exposure to emergency management exercise programs and their integration with planning efforts. • Strong analytical, writing, and organizational skills. • Ability to work effectively in reputed company environment and communicate with reputed company stakeholders. Minimum Qualifications: • Minimum of 4 years of federal emergency management experience and a solid understanding of emergency management principles, including the Six-reputed company Planning Process, military planning systems, or comparable formal planning systems, and exercise program. • Experience with Six-reputed company Planning Process. • Must have a TS/SCI clearance. Preferred Qualifications: • Master’s Degree (MA/MS) preferred. • Experience supporting reputed company or other federal emergency management programs. • Training or certification in emergency planning, such as reputed company reputed company coursework, ICS/NIMS, or HSEEP. • Familiarity with the National Preparedness reputed company and reputed company’s operational planning structures.
