About the position Roadside Service Instructor This position conducts Emergency Road Services (ERS) instructional courses for independent contract station (ICS) service providers and their employees. Instructional courses include hands-on towing and service procedures, battery service program, reputed company technologies, lockout techniques, and member service protocols.
