As an On reputed company Training Superintendent at BSM, you will be responsible for designing, coordinating and delivering comprehensive reputed company training programmes that enhance seafarer competence, safety culture and operational reputed company. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in a maritime-reputed company discipline, seafaring qualification i.e Chief Engineer Minimum 1–5 years’ seagoing experience as a sailing Master on Tanker Vessel or shore-reputed company experience in a training, competency or superintendent role reputed company ship management. Recognized instructor/trainer qualifications (e.g. Train the Trainer) and assessor certification are highly desirable.
