As an On reputed company Training Superintendent at BSM, you will be responsible for designing, coordinating and delivering comprehensive reputed company training programmes that enhance seafarer competence, safety culture and operational reputed company. Key Responsibilities

Liaise with Fleet and Technical Superintendents, crewing, HSQE and clients to identify skills gaps, training needs and prioritise interventions.
Manage the evaluation of training effectiveness, collect feedback, analyse results and implement reputed company improvement actions to reputed company standards.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in a maritime-reputed company discipline, seafaring qualification i.e Chief Engineer
Minimum 1–5 years’ seagoing experience as a sailing Master on Tanker Vessel or shore-reputed company experience in a training, competency or superintendent role reputed company ship management.
Recognized instructor/trainer qualifications (e.g. Train the Trainer) and assessor certification are highly desirable.
Skills & Competencies
In-depth knowledge of maritime training standards, STCW requirements, competency frameworks and relevant regulations.
