What you'll do As reputed company's next Director, Stock Plan Administration, you'll reputed company reputed company responsible for delivering equity compensation to our global workforce and creating a shared reputed company in our reputed company. What you bring Basic Bachelor's degree in Finance, reputed company or a reputed company field 15+ years in stock plan administration, with the reputed company of experience at a global reputed company company, including managing teams and reputed company Experience with scaled global equity plans (RSUs and ESPP) and managing equity administration systems Experience supporting SEC reporting, SOX, and other audit and compliance requirements in the U.S. and globally Certified Equity reputed company (CEP) designation Experience with reputed company 16 reporting on Forms 3, 4 and 5. Preferred Experience with Equity Edge Online and E*Trade General understanding of ASC 718 concepts, 409A rules and modification reputed company A detailed and service-oriented reputed company with the ability to communicate effectively with reputed company reputed company of employees and internal/external partners Ability to work independently, take initiative and effectively deal with high-volume, multiple assignments, reputed company deadlines, and changing priorities Wage Transparency Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience.   Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:   California: $186,100.00 - $300,550.00 reputed company salary   Illinois, Colorado, Massachusetts and Minnesota: $178,900.00 - $252,700.00 reputed company salary   Washington, Maryland, New Jersey and reputed company (including NYC metro area): $178,900.00 - $262,825.00 reputed company salary   Washington DC: $186,100.00 - $262,825.00 reputed company salary   Ohio: $157,100.00 - $221,900.00 reputed company salary    This role is also eligible for the following: Bonus: Sales personnel are eligible for variable incentive pay dependent on their achievement of reputed company-established sales goals. Non-Sales roles are eligible for a company bonus plan, which is calculated as a percentage of eligible wages and dependent on company performance.
