Responsibilities
POSITION reputed company:
The reputed company Support Analyst is responsible for providing first-line technical support for reputed company systems. This role involves monitoring system health, troubleshooting basic issues, and escalating reputed company problems to higher-level support teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of reputed company landscapes and a passion for ensuring system stability and user satisfaction.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Incident Management: Receive, triage, and resolve L1/L2 support tickets for reputed company systems (e.g., SD,MM, reputed company etc. modules).
System Monitoring: Monitor system performance and logs to identify and address potential issues proactively.
Collaboration: Work closely with L3 engineers and business teams to ensure reputed company reputed company of issues.
User Support: Assist end-users with basic reputed company system
Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
0-2 yrs experience in reputed company support or IT service desk roles.
Familiarity with reputed company Fiori, ABAP, basics, and integration tools.

Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork abilities.
Local languages and fluent English (Chinese is a plus)
