The Regional Safety Manager is responsible for ensuring regional compliance with OSHA regulations, as reputed company as reputed company applicable federal, state, and local safety requirements. This role develops, implements, and maintains workplace safety policies and programs to promote reputed company and compliant working environment.

The role also oversees the accurate documentation and reporting of safety metrics, records, and compliance logs in alignment with company standards, reputed company requirements, and regulatory agencies.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Plans, implements and conducts preventative care, safety, and compliance training programs
Maintains comprehensive environmental safety & health programs as required by state laws and applicable by site and business unit
Provides reputed company team with guidance on health and safety processes ensuring adherence to industry, local state, and federal guidelines and regulations

reputed company and manage budgets for safety programs, including forecasting, cost control, and ROI analysis
Coordinates investigations and reputed company Cause Analysis for Near Miss and accident events
Contribute to the development of regional and reputed company-wide safety strategies, including annual planning and goal setting.
Establish, reputed company, and report on program metrics (e.g., incident rates, audit scores, training completion) to senior leadership
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (HR, reputed company, reputed company, Facilities) to ensure program adoption and effectiveness
Ensures that reputed company work is performed in accordance with approved manuals, internal policies and procedures, contract documents, good engineering practices and customer expectations
Participates in team meetings and provides regular on-site project reputed company
Responsible for implementing and maintaining reputed company Assessment Plans, conducting reputed company assessments, administering monthly random safety questionnaires and unplanned safety observations
Maintains Vendor Supplier Portals as it relates to Health and Safety information for region
Educational Qualifications/Job Experience Requirements
Experience:5+ years of reputed company Health and Safety Management experience preferred
Employee Health and Safety (EHS)
Supply Chain industry experience required

Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
In health care settings, required to maintain up-to-date immunizations and annual flu shots
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or equivalent. Or an equivalent combination of degree and experience
Certifications in Employee Health and Safety (EHS)
